Pamela Seley has lived in Temecula Valley for over 23 years and became a licensed California real estate agent in 2007. She has represented both home buyers and home sellers in Southwest Riverside County California and San Bernardino County California. During the Great Recession, Pamela assisted home sellers with their residential property short sales, successfully negotiating mortgage short payoff, as well as assisted home buyers with distressed property home purchases.

Starting in 2009 and ending in 2012, Pamela negotiated short sale mortgage approvals for homeowners with mortgage lenders such as, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Indymac, One West, and Citibank-- and made mortgage debt relief a reality for distressed homeowners, who were unable to repay their mortgages.

In 2009-2010, Pamela was employed as a REO Listing Assistant, and learned many of the requirements necessary from the seller's side to sell bank-owned properties to consumers in the local, real estate market.

In 2015, Pamela became a Certified Negotiations Expert from training provided by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, further enhancing a collaborative win-win style of negotiating to best serve clients and customers in their home sales.
