In 2009 through 2012, Pamela negotiated short sale mortgage approvals for homeowners with mortgage lenders such as, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Indymac, One West, and Citibank-- and made mortgage debt relief a reality for distressed homeowners, who were unable to repay their mortgages.
In 2009-2010, Pamela was employed as a REO Listing Assistant, and learned many of the requirements necessary from the seller's side to sell bank-owned properties to consumers in the local, real estate market.
In 2015, Pamela became a Certified Negotiations Expert from training provided by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, further enhancing a collaborative win-win style of negotiating to best serve clients and customers in their home sales.
